Thirst is a very relevant concept. Most of us can remember times in our lives that we’ve been thirsty. It’s hard to imagine that there are 1.1 billion people on this planet who CAN’T remember when they’ve NOT been thirsty. We were fortunate to meet some of these people and make a difference in their lives by providing them clean water to drink for many years to come.
After visiting our friends from the Mabang Village just outside of Makeni, Sierra Leone in November 2008, we were able to raise enough money to provide the village and 3 others with wells that are providing clean water.
